Pricing

Our pricing depends on the occasion but the following are a rough guideline. Please contact us for personalised quotes.

Children's Functions Kids Club (under 13 y/o)
£60 for 2hrs (must finish by 10pm)
£30 for each additional hour
Children's Functions A Tad Rad (under 18 y/o)
£90 for 3hrs (must finish by midnight)
£30 for each additional hour
Private Functions Club Chaos/Traditions
£120 for 4hrs (finishing before midnight)
£30 for each additional hour (£40 after midnight)
Weddings/Corporate Functions Traditional
£240 for 6hrs (finishing before midnight)
£40 for each additional hour (£50 after midnight)

We give discounts for block bookings of 4 or more disco's. Times exclude assembly and disassembly. Children's disco prices include prizes etc. Weddings & Corporate Functions are designed for a 4 hour disco and 2 hour background music (exact timings are flexible).

Planning an event

Planning a disco can be a very daunting affair if you have never done it before. TNT Disco have been involved in enough discos to give you some tips on what and what not to do. If you have any problems then please feel free to contact us.

One of the biggest headaches in planning an event is which to book first, the Disco or the Venue. This is always a hard one to answer and really depends on how busy you expect each to be. It also depends on how fixed on either you are. If you want a particular Disco then book them and then find a Venue that is available at that time, alternatively if you are fixed on a particular Venue then book it and then find a Disco that is available. If the exact date of your event is not fixed then ring both and get them to list free dates, around the time of your event, and then match them up. Be sure to ring back confirming the exact dates quick, as the longer you wait the more likely it is that one of the 'free' dates will no longer be free.

Playlist

TNT Disco has a vast archive of tracks available spanning from the late 50's to the present day. Some clients prefer to select their playlists, while others prefer to have the DJ select the most suitable tracks for the audience and mood. Most clients prefer to mix and match and off partial playlists with the DJ being free to select the play order and insert tracks of his own choosing.

To make this easier we have online database of our top 20,000 tracks for clients to peruse at leisure complete with a playlist editor which allows clients to generate playlists and email them to us.

We try where possible to have most tracks in the database available at every function allowing last minute requests etc.

If we don't have certain favourite track then please ask, we maybe able to obtain it, or it may just have not been added to the online database yet. The online database is only updated every 6 months so its very likely that the current chart hits wont be in there, but please be assured that the DJ will most likely have them with him.

Here are some of the more popular questions that we get asked. If you have a question check here first, if you still can't find the answer then feel free to contact us.

How can we get hold of you?
TNT Disco can be contacted on 07092193533. This is a special number which will try all of our private contact numbers in turn. If non answer then you can leave a message which will be emailed to us. Normally our private answer phone service will answer and you can leave a message on it. Once you have booked a disco we will give you our personal home and mobile numbers.
Can you provide references?
We can give you details of clients who can vouch for the quality of our discos. Normally we would contact the client and, when willing, get them to contact you at a convenient time. We never give out clients contact details.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Ideally as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. However we would recommend not more than three months in advance unless you are block booking.
Do you take last minute bookings?
If we are available then there is no problem. If we are unavailable then we may be able to recommend other suitable discos in your area.
Do you provide a written booking confirmation?
Yes, the confirmation will specify the time, date and location of the event, together with any additional information specific to you. It will contain our contact details and requirements.
How do i pay?
We normally require a 40% deposit to confirm your booking. The remainder can be paid up to five working days before the event (or on the event if payment is made in cash). Details of how to pay the deposit are included with our confirmation forms sent to each client.
How do I cancel?
If for some reason you must cancel an event then all we ask is that you inform us a soon as possible. We will refund any amount paid over and above the 40% deposit. The deposit is however non-refundable. If you dial to notify us of a cancellation or if you inform us on or after the day of the event, then you are liable to pay the full amount.
Do you provide a written receipt?
Receipts are provided upon payment if requested.
What type of music do you play?
We have a wide range of music ranging from 60's to the current day. We tailor the choice of music to the occasion and customers/guests preferences. Please tell us in advance if there is anything you do not want played.
May I bring my own music?
Yes, if you wish to bring your own CD please ensure it is clearly labeled and that you provide a list of titles and track numbers to be played & finally who to return it to. Please note in order to comply with licensing laws I only play originals. We may refuse to play inappropriate tracks and CD are lent to us at the customers risk.
What about audience/guests requests?
We will endeavor to play all audience requests, subject to availability. We will also use our discretion as to the suitability of requests. If we do not have the requested track or deem it unsuitable we will inform the requester. The DJ will choose when to play the track, he will get a feel for your audience/guests and select appropriate tracks. We have request forms available on the night for the convenience of your guests.
Will the DJ act appropriately for my event?
The DJ will dress to suit the occasion and behave in a professional manner at all times. We have a strict policy on alcohol consumption whilst at your event.
